On June 19, GEORGE CAMILLERI, of Benefit Shoe Stores, from Valletta, aged 88, passed away peacefully and comforted by the rites of Holy Church.

He will always be loved and cherished by his wife Hilary, his son Adrian and his wife Giselle, his daughter Liz and her husband Sean, his grandchildren Leah, Marcus, Evie, Archie, Henry and Atticus, his surviving siblings Thomas, David, Mary and Tony, his in-laws Alan and Christine, all their families, his nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends.

The funeral cortège leaves Mater Dei Hospital on Tuesday, June 24, at 8.15am for St Paul’s Shipwrecked church, Valletta where Mass to celebrate his life will be said at 9am followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Maria Addolorata cemetery.

The family would appreciate if instead of flowers, donations are made to Id-Dar tal-Providenza.

May the Lord grant him eternal rest.
