On September 28, at Mater Dei Hospital, GIOVANNI MIFSUD, aged 85, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church.

He leaves to mourn his loss his wife Mary, his children George and wife Lilian, Joseph and Mary Grace, grandchildren Sean and Sarah, his carer Harry, relatives and friends.

The funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 1, at 8.30am, at Żabbar parish church, followed by burial in the family grave at Żabbar cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Id-Dar tal-Providenza, Siġġiewi, will be greatly appreciated.

Lord, grant him eternal rest.

The family would like to express their gratitude towards the staff at Orthopaedic Ward 1 and all the caring consultants and their doctors.
